Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices of bread
• 30 ml (2 tablespoons) butter
• 1 ripe banana
• 30 ml (2 tablespoons) peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork
2. Add the peanut butter to the mashed banana and mix
3. In a toaster (or oven), toast the bread slices
4. Spread the mixture on the first slice of toast and cover with the second
5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter
6. Fry the sandwich in melted butter until golden brown on both sides
