INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (250 ml) of fruit (apples, grapes, strawberries, etc …)
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoon (45 ml) honey
- 1 cup (250 ml) of cereal, choice
METHOD
- If needed, clean, remove stems and cut the fruit
- In 2 serving bowls, place in order: yogurt, cereals, honey and fruit
- Top with a spoon of yogurt as decoration
