Hamburger

You are an Outdoor Lover Sim? Here is a classic recipe, perfect for your next gathering at the park.

SERVES: 4 burgers

INGRÉDIENTS

 

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 500 g (about 1 lb) ground meat of choice (pork, veal or beef)
  • 175 ml (1/2 cup) bread crumbs
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) garlic powder
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) onion powder
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) dried oregano
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh parsley, chopped
  • A few drops of Tabasco, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 singles cheese slices

 

MÉTHODE

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add onion and cook until translucent
  2. In a large bowl, combine meat, onion mixture and all other ingredients. Mix until fully incorporated
  3. With wet hands, shape into 4 flatten patties
  4. Preheat bbq to medium-high and grill the patties about 4 minutes on each side (or until the meat is cooked)
  5. Serve in burger buns and top with cheese and condiments (ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, etc …)
